Lake George (Mammoth Lakes) - Fished the late evening at Lake George. It is a quick and easy spot to fish when there is very little time available to get out and get your line wet. I waded into the water at about 7:45 PM. The conditions were less than perfect for fishing, as the wind was constant with strong gusts. I fished with my seven weight rod, intermediate sinking line with an olive matuka, size 10. The fishing was definitely a bit slow, as I only landed one fish, which measured 12 inches. It was still an enjoyable half hour in the water!
